Vanapedal will be the cargo bike operator in charge of the operations in Barcelona living lab and in cooperation with CLEM. By integrating with the TACTIC platform Vanapedal will also use e-vans to serve clients having very big parcels – bigger than 1.5m· or 100kg. The expertise of Vanapedal and the different exchanges between multiple stakeholders will be exploited to evaluate the needs of the different clients. Vanapedal will bring their experience in the project, and contribute in all tasks of the project.
Métropole du Grand Paris will support the partners in the design and deployment of the living lab. Additionally, Métropole du Grand Paris , will identify and provide charging stations for the electric vehicles operating in the context of TACTIC and support in the identification of KPIs and impact evaluation.
Hermeneus World is is an e-commerce platform provider that offers specialised solutions for local markets and it will be one of the commercialization partners and it will be in charge of the integration among its e-commerce platform and the delivery services in e-vehicles. It will provide a demand-supply matching service for local markets and logistic distributors, completing the logistics chain and reshaping the local markets logistic operation.
Factual is a foresight boutique innovation consultancy specialized in all things mobility. Factual will be responsible for project management, overall stakeholder coordination, communication and dissemination strategy, living lab model and evaluation of the city pilots. Factual brings very relevant experience as delivery partners in mobility projects at European level, communication and business strategist and impact assessment of mobility projects
CLEM is an expert in electric vehicle sharing and smart charging. As part of the project, Clem’ will address urban logistics through the sharing platform in different markets in Paris as well as integrate cargo bikes into the platform. Clem is going to also be integrated in e-commerce platform in Barcelona and provide electric vans for the Barcelona Living Lab. Moreover, Clem will also contribute to the rest of the tasks and cooperate with the other partners.
Barcelona City Council is the representative of the city of Barcelona and it will be supporting the partners in the deployment of the living lab, as well as exchange expertise with the Paris living lab. Barcelona will work closely with the commercial partners to align on all details on the Living Lab. Moreover, Barcelona will identify and provide charging stations for the electric vehicles operating in the context of TACTIC.
